Holly's Crock

I have used
crock pot liners - you can find them in the foil section of grocery store – yes they work. |
This can be done in one day
or prep the night before.

INGREDIENTS: 1 – 2 ½ lbs. Pork loin, boneless, cut into 1” steaks 1 large Onion cut in 1” chunks 3 cloves garlic, chopped up 1 ½ cups of red wine 2 T balsamic vinegar 1 can chicken broth ½ t cinnamon 2 bay leaves |

DIRECTIONS: 1) place the
‘steaks’ in the crock pot like a 2) add the onion & garlic 3) pour in the wine & balsamic vinegar 4) At this point you could put this in the
5) Then mix the cinnamon & bay leaves
into 6) Turn the crock pot on high for 30 minutes 7) Then turn to low 8) If need to get to work – put it on low & leave. This takes about 8-9 hours to cook on low.
