J.C.'s Marinade
Recipe courtesy of HollysHints.com		 Prepare night before.  Great for chicken, turkey, shrimp and fish
Ratio               Sample              Ingredient
2 parts             1/2 cup              soy sauce (Kikkomen)
1 part               1/4 cup              honey
1 part               1/4 cup              bottled Italian dressing
 
Mix the 3 ingredients together.
Place the meat in a zipper plastic bag, add the marinade.  As you zip up the bag let the excess air out.  Marinade overnight (24 hours) in the refrigerator.

TOSS this marinade after you take the meat out.

IMPORTANT CAUTIONS: 
- Do not store it - toss it
because it will be contaminated with raw meat bacteria that can cause
food 'poisoning'. 

Make a new batch as needed.

HINT:  If you want some sauce at the table - Make some in a separate container to heat & ladle over the meat
as it is served.
