| Mix: | 2 c sugar |
| 3 T flour | |
| 1 t nutmeg | |
| Add: | 3 beaten eggs |
| 1 T butter | |
| 3-4 c rhubarb | |
| 3/4 Cup Sugar | |
| Optional: | dash of cinnamon |
| Spoon into 9" unbaked pie crust | |
| Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes |
