ALICE JANE'S RHUBARB PIE

350º,   45-50  Minutes


Mix: 2  c sugar
3  T flour
1  t nutmeg
 
Add: 3  beaten eggs
1  T butter
3-4  c rhubarb
3/4 Cup Sugar
                                                                                    Optional: dash of cinnamon
Spoon into 9" unbaked pie crust
 

Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes

 

Holly's Hint: Variation:   Use 3 c of rhubarb and 1 cup on frozen blueberries.
