350º, 30-35 Minutes |
| Mix together until crumbly: Pat this mixture into 9" x 13" pan |
1 box Butter Cake Mix |
| 1 egg | |
| 1 stick butter - melted | |
| Mix next 5 ingredients together and pour on top of the 'cake' batter | 1 8oz. box of cream cheese |
| 2 eggs | |
| 2 c 10x (powdered) sugar | |
| 1 t lemon juice | |
| 1 t vanilla | |
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes |

| NOTE: the batter will rise during baking - but then settle down as it cools | |
