- 1 lb. Walnuts dropped into boiling water.
Return water to boiling and time 1 minute more.

- Pour walnuts into colander and rinse well with
hot water.

- In bowl, stir walnuts together with 1/2 Cup
Sugar.
|
- Heat vegetable oil to 350º and fry 2 Cups of
walnuts at a time for 5 minutes.
|
- Sprinkle each fried batch with 1/4 tsp. salt and
turn out on wax paper to cool.
