Question
  I ordered prints and/or photo gifts from a pro-gallery and the cropping is very poor, what can be done? Can I change the finish from my Pro-Gallery order? I ordered prints and/or photo gifts from a Pro-Gallery but want to add an enhancement before ordering can this be done? Can I apply Shutterfly promotions to a Pro-Gallery order?
  Answer
  Unfortunately, Shutterfly is unable to fix the problem by reprinting the order, because the reprints would turn out exactly the same. It is the responsibility of the pro gallery owner to ensure all of their images are cropped properly before they are posted to their gallery. Please contact the Pro-Gallery owner with your order number and image information so they are aware of the cropping problem and that they can reorder the product for you.

Photographers have the choice to offer their prints in matte, glossy or both. If you do not have the ability to order the prints in a desired finish, then please contact the Pro-photographer to see if you can make special arrangements.

Shutterfly does not currently offer customers ordering from a Pro-Gallery the option to do any type of enhancements to the image (such as cropping, red-eye removal, borders or color effects). All enhancements must be done to the images by the Pro Gallery owner before they are added to the Pro Gallery itself. Shutterfly may look to offer this feature in the future, but have no immediate plans of doing so.

She may be able to do your changes & upload a 'new' version of it to the Gallery for you to order from. However, there may be an additional charge for this.

For orders through Shutterfly Pro Galleries, promotions and prepaid packages cannot be applied. This includes the New User Sign Up promotion. Orders are fulfilled using the advertised print prices within the Pro Gallery set by the photographer. If the photographer offered you a promotion, you will need to contact them directly as it is an offer that will be handled through them.

 
 
Question
  Can a customer order from multiple albums within one gallery?
  Answer
  On a single gallery customers may order from multiple albums in a single order. Here is how:

After selecting images in one album and clicking the 'Order Prints' button, click the 'Back - Add more prints' button on the select sizes and quantities page. After clicking this button Shutterfly will return to the original album, but by clicking on the "View all albums" link on the right hand side will allow customers to choose prints from another album within the same gallery.

Customers canNOT order from two DIFFERENT GALLERIES in the same order. Sorry for this inconvenience.

  Can customer order more items than just prints off my pro-gallery.
  Answer
  The Shutterfly Pro-Gallery service offers photographic prints in matte and glossy finish that range from wallets to 20x30 at this time. The only product offerings are: note cards, mugs (5 styles available), mousepads, magnets, playing cards, puzzles, keepsake box, and desk organizer. Contact Holly directly at holly@HollysHints.com  or  231-832-4606 to do Calendars, Coasters, T-shirts and Greeting cards. 
Not available through the link from Holly's Hints Gallery are Archive CD's, Photo books, Snapbooks and a few other gifts. Shutterfly may look to offer these selling options in the future, but have no immediate plans of doing so.
