Unfortunately, Shutterfly is
unable to fix the problem by reprinting the order, because the
reprints would turn out exactly the same. It is the
responsibility of the pro gallery owner to ensure all of their
images are cropped properly before they are posted to their
gallery. Please contact the Pro-Gallery owner with your order
number and image information so they are aware of the cropping
problem and that they can reorder the product for you.
Photographers have the choice to offer their prints in matte,
glossy or both. If you do not have the ability to order the
prints in a desired finish, then please contact the
Pro-photographer to see if you can make special arrangements.
Shutterfly does not currently offer customers ordering from a
Pro-Gallery the option to do any type of enhancements to the
image (such as cropping, red-eye removal, borders or color
effects). All enhancements must be done to the images by the
Pro Gallery owner before they are added to the Pro Gallery
itself. Shutterfly may look to offer this feature in the
future, but have no immediate plans of doing so.So if you
want any changes to the photo BEFORE you order it, like
cropping -

She may be able to do your changes & upload a 'new'
version of it to the Gallery for you to order from. However,
there may be an additional charge for this.
For orders through Shutterfly Pro Galleries, promotions
and prepaid packages cannot be applied. This includes the New
User Sign Up promotion. Orders are fulfilled using the
advertised print prices within the Pro Gallery set by the
photographer. If the photographer offered you a promotion, you
will need to contact them directly as it is an offer that will
be handled through them. |
